Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Myza Sabisu Enterprise (SSM No.: RA0031356-H), owner of the MYZA.CRAFT brand, collects and uses your personal data on www.myzacraft.com, shop.myzacraft.com, WhatsApp and at our shop, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. Data we collect

When you order: name, phone number, delivery address, email (optional), order notes and payment details (e.g. transfer receipt). We do not store card numbers.
When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, forms): name, number and your message.
When you use Ask AI: the question you type. Please do not include your name, phone or address in it.
Automatically: basic technical information (browser type, IP address) for security and spam blocking.

2. Purpose

To process, deliver and support your order; answer questions; send new colours and promotions on WhatsApp only if you tick to agree; improve our shop and Ask AI answers; and meet legal and tax requirements.

3. Who receives your data

We never sell your data. It is shared only as needed with:

courier companies, for delivery;
payment providers, once a payment gateway is used;
our technology providers: website hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), AI for Ask AI (Google Gemini) and bot protection (Cloudflare);
authorities, where required by law.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Malaysia.

4. Required or optional

Name, phone and address are required to place an order; without them we cannot deliver. Everything else is optional.

5. Promotions

You can stop receiving promotions at any time: reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or contact us.

6. How long we keep data

Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data (limited access, encrypted connections), but no online system is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct wrong data, or withdraw your consent. Contact us below; we will reply within 21 days.

9. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies (for example the cart, language and security). We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or remarketing.

10. Changes

We may update this notice; the latest version is always on this page.
