Booking Policy & Service Terms

Effective: 21 October 2026

This booking policy and service terms apply to MYZA.CRAFT crochet classes and workshops (Myza Sabisu Enterprise, SSM No.: RA0031356-H) at our shop, Lot 20D, Arked MARA Taiping.

1. Services and fees

  1. Crochet basics: RM99 / person (~3 hours). Hold the hook, learn the basic stitches and a solid granny square, then finish your own glasses pouch. For complete beginners · Includes the Basics Set: 1 hook + 1 Fanto yarn in your colour · Extra yarn available in the shop · Two people RM180.
  2. Amigurumi: RM129 / person (~3 hours). Work in the round, increase and decrease, stuff and join a small doll. Know chain & sc · Small doll ~10 cm · Materials & written pattern included.
  3. One-to-one: RM50 / hour (min. 2 hours). A private session for your own project, fixing a pattern, or a special technique. Minimum 2 hours · All levels · Bring your own project.
  4. Classes run Monday to Saturday, 2–5 pm (closed Wednesday and Sunday). A class runs even with one participant.

Current fees and class details are always on the Workshop page; if they differ, the Workshop page applies.

2. How to book

  1. Send a request on the booking page: choose the class, date, number of people and level.
  2. We confirm the date and fee on WhatsApp.
  3. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Changing the date

The date can be changed if you tell us at least 3 days before the class, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  1. Class fees are not refunded if you cancel or do not attend.
  2. If we cancel a class, you may choose another date or receive a full refund under our Refund Policy.

5. During the class

  1. Please tell us a child’s age when booking, so we prepare suitable materials.
  2. Materials provided for the class belong to the participant after the class.
