Payment & Security Policy

Effective: 21 October 2026

This policy explains how payments are made and protected for purchases from MYZA.CRAFT (Myza Sabisu Enterprise, SSM No.: RA0031356-H).

1. Prices

  1. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are final. No SST is charged.
  2. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
  3. The price that applies is the price when the order is placed.

2. Payment methods

  1. Online payment on shop.myzacraft.com through the Razorpay Curlec payment gateway: FPX (online banking), debit/credit cards and e-wallets, as shown on the payment page.
  2. Bank transfer or e-wallet after the order is confirmed on WhatsApp.
  3. Cash or the methods available at the counter in our physical shop.

3. When payment is confirmed

  1. An order is valid once payment is received. Online payments are confirmed automatically by the payment gateway.
  2. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.

4. Payment security

  1. Your card and banking details are entered directly on the payment gateway’s page, not on our website. MYZA.CRAFT does not receive or store your card number, CVV or banking password.
  2. The payment gateway processes transactions to the payment card industry security standard (PCI DSS).
  3. All our websites use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  4. Payment status is checked directly with the payment gateway before an order is marked as paid.

5. Data security

  1. We collect only the data needed to process and deliver orders: name, phone, address and email (optional).
  2. Access to order data is limited to the people who run the shop.
  3. Data is not sold to anyone. Details in our Privacy Notice.

6. Unrecognised or problem charges

If you see an unrecognised charge, a double charge, or a successful payment without a confirmed order, contact us with your order number and proof of payment. We will check with the payment gateway and refund any charge made in error under our Refund Policy.
